Travel agency Limba Ltd., established in the year 1996, is the biggest travel agency in Slovakia dealing with accomodation, restaurant, sport, guide, cultural and other services bind with tourism in Slovakia and Czech republic, thousands of accomodation facilities of different kind suitable for both summer and winter holiday all around both countries.
Through the period of it’s existence had satisfied over 300.000 clients from more than 60 countries worldwide. Most of Limba’s clients come from abroad, for example last year it was 25.000 of total number 45 000 clients and order their holiday via Internet at www.limba.com.
Besides holidays for individuals Limba also organizes collective activities according to the special request of a customer such as congresses, presentations, schoolings, sport trips, city tours and relaxation undertakings with a rich cultural program.
In the matter of provision sale of Limba's accomodation facilities we propose the following ways of cooperation:
Our company will provide you with a copy of our web offer which you can place under a link at your web page (for example under the name "Accommodation in Slovakia" depending on you). The Limba offer will have the same colors and fonts as your web page since we will be making it for you (this service is for free) and the customers will keep thinking they are on your web. There will be no info about Limba.
You will receive a provision of 5% from all the reservations done through your page. Reservation is proceeded through reservation form on the web page that goes directly to our system and you'll receive an e-mail about this. All the work needed to accomplish such an order is done by our employee. So your income is 5 percent with acctually no costs. In case you agree with increasing the price for clients, you can receive higher provision. We increase the price by 1,5 percent for each percent over 5 percent provision fee for you. (Example: our price for customer is 1000, you are getting 5 percent so you get 50. If you are getting 10 percent the price for customer is 1075 and your provision is 107,5). The customer is able to see only your price. (1075)

As a partner you will have an exclusive access code to an internet location where you can check number of reservations done through your page, prices, your provision and so on. The payment would be processed monthly through your invoice to us. You can see a proposal of contract as a attachement of this e-mail.
